Ulrich Wagner, the Principal Investigator of HEAL Project and Professor of Quantitative Economics at the University of Mannheim, participated on the 10th of March 2022 in a research seminar held by CAF – Development Bank of Latin America, where he presented a talk about recent research in environmental economics.
